You can watch the 70-200 f / 4 without IS. Or 70-200 8.2 non IS. It will be a bit short at times and will do well in the margins. But I football college fire all the time with ° 70-200 f/2.8 and get great pictures. You can also try the 70-300 f/4-5.6, do not confuse this lens with the 75-300 f/4-5.6.
