Audio Video

What should be the audio / video codecs in a mp4 that are introduced into your Zune? I'm using super converter?

I'm using Super Converter to convert MP4 files and not know what the audio or video output codec to use. People say that if I use bad, it'll take some time to synchronize a Zune. Thank you for the answers.

Others may have a different opinion, but I choose wmv. I saw my Zune convert all types of file that says it supports. If you take more time to synchronize if converted first. I found it takes time to convert first, then the syndrome as well.
