Can I record television with nikon coolpix s210 ver 1.0 camera with an av cable?

I hear people can use AV cables to record and use them like capture cards to record video game game plays. This is want I want to do. It doesn’t say anything about it in the manual, but I want to know if it is possible to do this with my version of my camera. If so, how? Thanks.

As i know it,the AV ports are OUTPUT not Input.
Means that they are not for recording,but for watching your made video captured on TV.
