What USB / Ethernet I need to transfer files between computers?

I do not have a FireWire port for my options are either a USB cable for USB or Ethernet. I'm not sure that the Ethernet cable I need or would be more. I'm using Vista and need a simple way to transfer files to another PC without using a wireless network or a USB memory ect. Please advise.

Cable Crusader is the best option. They are really cheap and available in any computer store. They offer a quick transfer of files and everything is provided so you have to worry about anything. Just buy one and connect each Ethernet port on each team. Opens a wizard or you can always Google information on the computers to see. Good luck
