Can a green card holder get a U.S. visa for Dubai on arrival?
I am cardholder Green and my wife is a citizen upon arrival in Dubai a day visa rvcs 60 .. RVC i is the same, because I have a green card? also it is for other countries as well .. as I am green card holder I restricted to passengers as well?
