how do i put the clear screen on the ipod touch?

i have a ipod touch.. and i want to put the clear screen on top of it.. but every time i put it on.. there are bubbles.. how do i put it on without the bubbles?

Just lay it down slowly and use the plastic card to smooth it as you go. If you try to smooth it after it’s down, all you’ll do is scratch the film. Anyway, when it’s turned off, every little bubble seems like a big deal but when you turn it on, you won’t see most of them.
