How do I access photos on a flash memory card San CD?

I'm in a business that needs me to my e-mail photos pattern taken with a digital camera. The camera I have is the Kodak DC210 Zoom Camera Plus, purchased in 1999. SanDisk uses a memory card Compact Flash, and when I plugged the drive i bought recently, Microsoft said the software I have been interrupted, and the only Access is through the purchase of Windows Vista. I would like to access the pictures without buying anything, nobody knows how?

What version of Windows you use? All card readers USB 2.0 (less than $ 9) I work as well on XP, Vista and Windows 7.
