Transferring pictures with Olympus 280 digital camera?
Ok here is what I have done so far. I connected Olympus 280 camera USB cable to the PC, which is Windows Vista. I went to the PC camera and the screen shows a moment. I downloaded OLYMPUS Master software to put the CD in the drive. It is downloaded, but when I go up to "transfer images from a camera, a window appears and says he can not find the camera, even if it is plugged into the computer. I do not know what to do. Should I download something else? If yes, what? When I connect something to the camera automatically appears. The PC does not detect it. Help please.
With my digital camera I take the memory card or connect directly to your computer or connect the memory card in a reader memory card and plug into a USB port. The computer treats the memory card as an external drive and just copy the photos on my hard drive. Never try transfer images through the camera. Try it, I think I found it works much better.
