I have a Samsung A707 Sync. I have the cable to connect to your model, but how to put things in?

I Samsung A707 Sync. I have the cable to connect it to your comp. but how to put things?? When I connect my phone to my computer, computer does nothing. my phone says "connected" and has a little icon of a turn arrow … but still can not do anything …. WTF?! Help. I just put some photos on the memory card since I'm a Mac and the phone does not work iTunes. The reason is that it all started because my phone was not the memory card when it was, I went to the down to AT & T and asked what was wrong. told me to put things in the memory card, then come back later. I do not know how to put things in the memory card! ahh!

So, do you have a card reader for memory card? If yes, your memory card if you came with and then place the card reader just plug into a USB port. The computer should recognize the drive and when it seems just click and drag all that I want to memory card for music, photos, ringtones area of card reader that appears.
