This is a good digital SLR camera input that is not too expensive?

will be my first DSLR, I photography and want to enter.

Buy the Nikon D40 as the first. It is built to professional standards, but with the consumer in mind. What I mean is that you can have total control over what you do, and at the same time, it still has programs for shooting modes. It is easy to use, inexpensive, and it is good to get on the market. Use what you feel it grew out of it (maybe about a year?) And switch to something a bit more professional … D80 or D90 …. or if you have the money to buy the D300 (get used, make sure you do not buy a professional, which were used much more of a non-professional). Check Amazon and eBay at a comprehensive agreement, which comes with two lenses (18-55mm and 55-200mm), memory card, tripod, carrying case and other things. I do not know exactly how much it would cost, but somewhere in the range of $ 550 to $ 700. D40 with 18-55mm sell for $ 450 at JR.com, retail and supply Objective two (no memory card, etc.) for $ 700 at JR.com
