Where can I download a Canon EOS Digital Solution?

I recently bought a Canon EOS 500D and I lost the CD accompanying .. Now I can not download photos from my camera to the computer! help! where I can download or EOS Utility software that allows you to transfer the image from the camera to the computer?

No, can not download full website of Canon (or so it seems.) But all is not lost. You can download the updated EOS Utility and follow the instructions on the link to install it. I tried it in Windows XP and Windows Vista. I have not tried the Mac solution, but the solution in this message Forum worked for my Windows machines, so the poster seems to know their business. This small registry change allowed me to install the EOS Utility update without the original CD.
