scanning negatives on my Epson?

I have problems. I have the cable connected to the transparency and I can correctly configure the support film, but when I scan the negative comes in black. I am a beginner. Help?

Hello Raquel Before scanning, the scanner say you want to scan negatives. This should work:) Otherwise, go to the default and drag scans.Same regular basis, you have to say.
