Flash Sync

Why not flash my Xbox 360, and synchronization with something? (Drivers, etc.)?

When I press the sync button 360 does not flash around. Is it supposed to do?

If the console is turned on before the driver is enabled, then you must, otherwise I think would not flash. Check the batteries in the remote control too.
