How do I get my GE 98811 Wireless Mini Mouse ergonomic "again?

I tried to make suggestions on batteries and get the USB smart – and makes no difference. Fixya I tried to go through – but they wanted me to buy the drivers to work. These the third mouse I've had over the last 3 weeks. Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem? Thank you. Deb Moore

I just to have the same problem with my GE Mini Wireless Optical Mouse. I played drums on and off, noticed a small button on the bottom and pushed and took the USB plug in and out of my laptop and then worked in about 2 minutes!
