2932 Singer sewing machine is not?
I had this machine less than a week, and now I'm in the middle of a project in my machine started acting up. When I press the pedal, I can hear the hum of the engine you're going to start sewing but never does. Do not change anything, one minute I was sewing, the next minute Winder only hums. The coil does not work, and no wire jam. I took everything on the spool, and I lightly oiled. Even if I slip the right tibia, which does not rotate. The steering wheel is very hard to turn. HELP! Can I buy a cheap machine? How can I fix this?
There is a jam somewhere, or turn the steering wheel. See the maintenance manual (Page 82) for cleaning the area of the coil. Remove the needle plate and then proceed to remove, clean, lubricate and replace the space shuttle. Find threads and lint during the cleaning process.
