1. Split a file into a window
This is useful when you have a document with multiple pages – 50 or more. When you work with a large file that there are times when you must move forward and backward in the same document to describe something or copy and paste text.
For example, you could be at 232 and need to copy and paste the contents of pages 47 to 55. You can use G to control access to a specific page. But there is an easier way. Go to the window in the toolbar and click Split. You will see a bar center screen. You can move the bar where you want to split the document. When you click the mouse on the document is divided into two. Now you can move freely in the upper panel, without affecting the bottom panel, and vice versa.
To remove the split, go to the window and click Remove Split.
2. Comparing two documents
I like this feature. When you compare two documents, is a sore back and forth alternating between the two. Here is the saving of time. Go to the window in the toolbar and click on – Compare side by side with, and collect documents to compare. Your screen will be divided into two and both documents will be opened.

If you have Microsoft Word XP, then this function is called Arrange All. You'll find it in the window in the toolbar.
3. Reducing file size
This is useful when you need to send a large file and there is no limit on the size of attachments. It will not work if the document has not all pictures or graphics. If you need to print your high quality paper Do not use this tool to do this will reduce print quality.

4. Clipboard useful
This is another valuable tool used by many people. Copy and paste so much text, you can save time by holding the clipboard open during the work. When you open your clipboard, you can view all the text that you copied earlier. If you need a bit of text that you copied earlier ten steps is not necessary to scroll through several pages to find the piece of text. Simply Place the cursor where you want the text to insert, then click on the respective text in the clipboard to paste. Word do the work for you.
To Clipboard will open the Edit menu and choose Office Clipboard. You must open your Clipboard as before starting work.
5. Zoom in and out mice
When you work with a document of several pages, you can zoom with the mouse. It is not necessary to use the zoom drop-down list and select the zoom percentage.
Hold down the Ctrl key and use the mouse wheel to zoom in or out to see the different pages of the document.
