How can you transfer MP3 files and graphics from your PC to your Samsung A767 Propel via a USB cable?

Hello, I looked everywhere for this information, and can not find anything on it. I just bought a USB cable for my phone and I was wondering how do I get MP3 files and graphics from computer to phone him. I went to the Samsung Mobile website and the software available for download type I tried to download it and do not let me. Just need to know how and what to do. Thank you.
